When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they’ve been placed (excluding weekends and national holidays).

Shipping to Spain and Europe takes between 3-5 days, for USA and Canada 10-15 days. Shipping times are always estimates and therefore they are not guaranteed.

Where is my tracking number?

You will receive your tracking number via e-mail as soon as your product has been shipped.

We offer free shipping for all orders over 89€.

Addresses cannot be modified, cancelled or changed after they have been placed.

In case your order incurs any custom or import duty fees, we are not responsible for the cost and therefore do not cover this expense.

We are not responsible for standard shipping lost or stolen packages.

We are not responsible for return shipping fees, this is the customers' responsibility

To be able to offer affordable shipping costs and due to our courier's policy, our shipping fee is for one-way shipping. Please make sure to enter the correct address and contact details so your order can be delivered successfully. If the courier is unable to deliver the package to you within 14 days after the first delivery attempt, the package will be discarded by the courier and thus not returned to us, rendering it ineligible for a refund.
